I was watching yet another “Detroit-the-apocalyptic-wasteland” video blog, the kind that seems to be everywhere these days, when I was shook by a personal moment. I realized the neighborhood the guy was filming in was English Village. The block was Beaconsfield. And the house, at 2:50, was my old home.
